Vacany matters

We are working on all the paperwork needed to attract and appoint a new Vicar.  Please pray that our efforts will continue to be guided by the Holy Spirit.  Vacancy Steering Group

Filling the Vacancy We are delighted that Bishop Alan will lead the team to interview prospective candidates. His diary is quite full but he has set the date for Weds 7th March. The closing date for applications will be Friday 9th February. We are advised that we should wait until after Christmas to advertise – when more clergy will be looking for a new post.

Let us give thanks for the efforts of all those, especially Di and Paula, who have helped to move the Benefice along during the past months and pray that they will continue to do so in the few months ahead.

Linkup, the new name for the support group, will meet for Christmas celebrations on December 7 at 7 Leyside at 12 noon. More information from Anne 822949.
