THE WAY FORWARD
On the afternoon of 2
nd April 2006 the 30 or so members of the United Benefice parishes who attended an open meeting in St Owen’s Lower School unanimously decided to proceed with the formation of a Benefice Council to lead and direct the three parishes of St Owen’s, Bromham, St Mary’s Oakley and St Leonard’s, Stagsden. This was after considerable consultation, discussion, generation of ideas and a summary report for the Way Forward by the full membership of these three churches and in consultation with our ecumenical neighbours and partners in Christ - Bromham Baptist Church and Oakley Methodist Church.Read the full 'Way Forward' Report here.
